However, improper use, individual hair sensitivities, and styling methods vary, and misuse may contribute to hair stress over time. To ensure the best experience, we recommend:
- Wrap the hair taut around the rod but keep it loose on the scalp to prevent unnecessary tension.
- Gently compress the rod vertically once in place to relieve any pressure.
- If pulling or tugging occurs, redo the wrap until it's no longer pulling or tugging and you've achieved a comfortable fit.
- Wear a satin scarf or bonnet to reduce friction and help keep the rods secure while sleeping, preventing them from hanging or shifting.

3. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team within 72 hours of receiving your order.
4. Product Care & Maintenance
To ensure longevity and optimal performance, we recommend:
- Storing rods in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Gently washing and air drying when needed.
- Replacing rods every six months for best results.
